Fran Wyborn

Founder, Patron and Chairperson

I have four amazing children and four amazing grandchildren.

I am a firm believer that as a society, we have an obligation to help those that are unable – either mentally or physically – through no fault of their own making, to live as a dignified individual without the restraints of poverty.

I have vicariously been involved in and have supported many charities over the years in a private capacity.

I have assisted many children through private secondary schools and universities.

I am also a Patron of many art and cultural foundations. As a founding investor and shareholder of Impact Lab, I am particularly interested in making sure that charitable dollars are impactful and measurable.

Richard Jeffery, ONZM

Trustee

Richard comes from an executive management and governance background and is passionate about making a meaningful difference to society.

As the former chief executive of the Second Nature Charitable Trust, he raised nearly $100 million for the Vodafone Events Centre, Vector Wero Whitewater Park and Momentum Hub to ensure the South Auckland community had financially sustainable assets they could access.

In 2018, Richard was honored for his services to governance and the community in South Auckland over the 18 years he worked there by being made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit.

With a soft spot for the Hawke’s Bay, Richard is now happy to call it home.

Dr Mark Clatworthy

Trustee

Mark is one of New Zealand’s most experienced orthopaedic knee surgeons based at Middlemore Hospital.

As a patron of several art and community organisations, a private donor to a number of charities, as well as a supporter of scholarships to students attending King’s College, Mark brings together a wealth of personal and professional experience to ensure Due Drop Foundation has a significant impact on the lives of many New Zealanders in need.

Brooke Fenton

Trustee

Brooke is a mother of 2 teenage children and the daughter of Fran Wyborn.

Having spent 6 years heavily involved within her children’s primary school fundraising committees, followed by their sports clubs.

Brooke believes that we all need to pitch in and help make other peoples lives happy and provide opportunities and growth in our communities.

Sir Bill English

Advisor to the Foundation

Sir Bill is a director, consultant and business owner with commercial, government and not-for-profit clients in Australia and New Zealand.

Due Drop Foundation is grateful for the knowledge Sir Bill brings in the field of measuring social impact using the latest best practice and keeping the foundation at the forefront of international trends.

Michelle Goodman

Executive

Michelle has over 15 years hands on experience fundraising and administrating various charities. As fundraising manager at the Middlemore Foundation and then as general manager for Life Education Trust – Counties Manukau, Michelle delivered consistent growth with the expansion of self-funded community programmes.
